Came in about a week, these are perfect for gentle weight stretching! Good quality and easy to clean as well as insert and remove! They're heavy enough that they help me stretch my ears but they aren't too heavy that they're annoying. I've sized up a couple times since I bought them but I still use them to aid sizing up !
No note! Great pair of gauges. I got a pair of 6 gauge which is an uncommon size but I was glad to see this size in such great quality.
