How Fast Do Orders Ship?

Every order ships within 1 business day. We know you're excited to get your new jewelry, and we don't want you waiting any longer than you have to. Business days are Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm CST). We’re closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options

Free Economy Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (3-6 business days)
Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
International Shipping: USPS First Class Mail International (7-10 days for most, however anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks is common)

A note on delivery times: These estimates assume normal conditions. Holidays, weather and postal delays can sometimes slow a package down. Those things are out of our hands, so we can't guarantee delivery dates. We appreciate your patience in the rare case something goes sideways in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you're exchanging an item, we'll ship the replacement to you at no extra charge.

Not Sure About Your Gauge Size?

If your jewelry doesn't fit the way you expected, message us before sending anything back. We can help you measure from home, and our remote sizing is very accurate. That way we can either confirm the mistake was ours and make it right, or help you find the size that fits.

Did We Make a Mistake?

We're human. Mistakes are rare, but they do happen once in a while. If something isn't right with your order, let us know. Most issues can be fixed without you having to send anything back.
