I already own this nose screw. I bought it to replace a designer brand 18K Rose Gold Natural Diamond nose screw that I foolishly bought, then lost. I'm 63 and my fingers are getting fumbly. Being a little more judicious with my money, I bought this nose screw to replace the natural diamond one and quite frankly, it's just as lovely and a little more durable. Plus, I won't lose my mind if I lose it, like I did over the expensive, designer natural diamond nose screw. I've had this one in for a couple years, nobody knows it isn't the natural diamond one. It came out when I was washing my face and fumble fingers struck again. Clumsily, I lost this one too. I have since found it, but I ordered two more for back ups.
