I had some issues with delivery (at no fault of the seller!). USPS is becoming more unreliable. The item purchased was finally received due to the graciousness of the seller resending the product because it was never received the first time. The nose ring's diamond is small and the perfect size. A bit tricky getting it in but I can manage. The stone itself was a bit milky. I got white gold. I compared the stone with a yellow gold diamond nose ring I already had and the difference in quality is apparent. This item is definitely cloudy and milky in appearance. I'm passing it to my college aged daughter—she won't know the difference. She'll just be grateful for the ring. Thank you for helping me receive my package!
