Ordered the rose gold 10g clicker. Unfortunately when it arrived it was impossible to open and struggled for about 20-30 minutes to get it to open. When it finally did, the locking lip broke off and was unusable. Felt kind of cheap. I do want to thank the shop and owner for quickly sending me a replacement without charge. The replacement opened just fine, but within the month of ordering, on my 2nd time using it, the hinge is now crooked and would not close without major force. When I opened it again it took, like the first piece, major strength to open and broke again. Not sure if maybe there was a bad batch? TLDR jewelry was low quality but the shop was helpful with the replacement.

Unfortunately I received a broken one, so i contacted the seller for a replacement. They sent one immediately, shipping was as expected. And im just realizing it says surgical steel not titanium, but im not sure of the actual difference if im being honest.
