Exactly as described. Quick shipping. These are rigid enough to hold their shape and not fall out when I sleep. I love ear skins, but it's annoying having to search for nearly-invisible clear tunnels in the dark with a flashlight before the dog finds it first and eats it. These are my solution.
I wear them every day, solid build, shower with them in, gym, beach, you name it these things have held up. I've had other gemmed gauges and the stones fell right out. These ones are solid so far.
